Please read the following TnC applicable to the services made available on https://www.clavicle.in/ or the equivalent Clavicle Mobile Application available on Google Play Store or Apple Store (“Services”) (“Clavicle App”/ “Website”). The Clavicle App or Website on which the Services are availed may together be referred to for convenience as the “Platform”.
By using our App and Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Account Registration
To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Subscription Model
- Subscription Plans: Our App offers various subscription plans for medical exam preparation materials. Each subscription grants you access to specific content for a defined period.
- Payment and Renewal: Payment for subscriptions is due at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused portions of your subscription.
Purchase of Study Materials
- Ordering: Study materials available for purchase will be listed on our Platform. When you place an order, you agree to the price, delivery charges, and estimated delivery time.
- Delivery: We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any significant delays.
- Returns: Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at clavicle.medicos@gmail.com.
License and Restrictions
- License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our App and access the subscribed content.
- Restrictions: You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce our content. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your account.
User Conduct
You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening others.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our Platform.
- Violating intellectual property rights.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clavicle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform or study materials.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clavicle, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our Platform.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform following changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Surat(Gujarat)India.
